Thursday fun...

Hello everyone.  

Today is a very special day for me.  My wonderful husband and I are celebrating our Anniversary.  

Love him more each day.  I truly believe my heart was made to love him.  

I couldn't ask for a better husband or father.  

Aren't phones with cameras awesome!  I think some of  my favorite photos are shots just being ourselves, doing what we love and just enjoying each other.

I'm made this card for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge.  FTTC235 

The challenge was to distress.  

I used coredinations card stock for the background, embossed then sanded the embossing. 

 I also distressed the edges of the die cuts.

My final Stamp A Faire Post!

It's been a long night, but I totally surprised myself by completing all  the challenges this year! 

Your challenge is to use Paperclay in a creative way either in a project on it's own or incorporated into a card. 

I want to take a moment to say thanks to PTI for another fabulous online crop!  I had a great time.  It's time to wind down, hit the hay and even clean up my messy desk tomorrow.  I had a fabulous time and now I can go back and really enjoy taking a second look at all the fabulous projects.  This is me making my final post for this years SAF!

Papertrey Ink Sweet Sugar coated embellishments challenge

Pick an embellishment or basic paper crafting supply and cover it with glitter! 

Papertrey Ink Limited Ingredients challenge

Here is the list of supplies you are able to use for this challenge.  You don't HAVE to use all of these supplies, but you cannot use anything that is not included on this list(except for a neutral ink, like white, gray and black)

• white cardstock 
• white or transparent glitter(Prisma Glitter) I used this. 
• 1-3/4" circle punch or die
• 1" strip of light gray cardstock (Soft Stone)  I used this
• melon cardstock & ink (Melon Berry)
• aqua cardstock & ink (Aqua Mist) I used these
• golden yellow cardstock & ink (Harvest Gold)
• and I used gray ink

I had wild strawberry drink mix on hand so naturally I had to try to make a strawberry scented gift tag.  

I love this technique.  Will be making many more of these!

Hi everyone, OK so this will be my last post of the night.  

This is the Gallon, Quart, Pint challenge.  

Create a project using the gallon:quart:pint color theory that Betsy outlines in her video.  You can choose to re-create an exact project from one of the team members or design something of your very own. Your project must also incorporate at least one Papertrey product.

Paper Trey Ink Tea Staining Challenge

Hi everyone! 

Hope you have had some crafty time today.  

I have 2 other projects started but not sure I'll get any more finished and posted tonight.  

Your challenge is to use one of the tea staining techniques below.  Then create a project using your tea stained results.  You can choose to re-create an exact project from one of the team members or design something of your very own.  Some of the tea staining techniques will take a bit of time, so feel free to get something brewing now, and work on your actual project later on tonight or even tomorrow.  Remember, projects don't need to be uploaded until Monday at noon EST to be eligible for the contest, so feel free to take your time!
