And that can happen anytime soon! After having our mid April snow I am so ready to move on to April showers and even more happy to move on to May Flowers. I was looking up what I can actually plant this month so I'm looking forward to getting the garden ready to go, and hopefully get some things planted this weekend. Yay! I love getting my hands in the dirt!
I watched this video by on the Simon Says Stamp blog today. I was first thinking no way am I going to play with bleach. That just sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. But then I actually watched the video and there was no bleach involved, just water. So here is my take on the technique and this weeks Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge.
For a first go, I don't think it turned out badly. The paper did get a little bend from heat embossing, the water technique worked well, I do think I'll go a little darker with the copics for more contrast. The do tend to blend more as the paper dries.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have an awesome week!
