Papertrey Ink Blog Hop!

It's the second most wonderful time of the month!  When all of us PTI fans get to post our projects for a massive PTI fan blog hop.  This months challenge is: (taken from PTI website)

  3. Joyce, this is not nice it's BEAUTIFUL . Did you use the white pen to make the dots look like they sparkle.? I love that effect. This turned out beautiful, love the colors.
