August is the month that Papertrey celebrates all things autumn! What better way to get inspired for the upcoming season change than each other! Our challenge to you is to create a project inspired by any aspect of fall. How about texture like fabrics, burlap, courduroy or stitching. Then there is color with
hues found in autumn leaves, fall berries and other late season delectables. Patterns or motifs such as leaves, pumpkins, wheat and more. Try to use these attributes in fun and interesting ways that may be a little out of your normal comfort zone.

I created 3 cards using the PTI Vintage Basket set. There are so many stamps in this set with so many possibilities I can't wait to play some more. Thanks for stopping by!

I have this ongoing conflict with my husband about his skull shirt...I don't like scary skulls so I had to get this cute skull stamp to show him the difference between cute and scary. LOL And what a better way to add a layer to a card with your favorite Halloween CB folder like I did with the skulls folder on the black paper. Goodmorning...

I'm blogging from Valley Forge PA today as the CKC winds down and our day at the beach was beautifl....NJ trafic not so nice!

I received a blog award today and will be back to post it and pass it along as soon as I get home. We have a day of shopping and travel ahead of us.

I'll also be back to tell you about some new paper I found yesterday...very pretty! I also picked up some copics to give them a try. I had a great time but have to say CKC seemed alot smaller this year and I really could have been done in one day. The make and takes were expensive....I only found 2 free and one I paid $10. for....I know I could have bought a ton of pp for that. I hope next years dates doesn't fall on CHA, I'm thinking that may have pulled alot of the vendors to FL.

Lookey what I got today....

I won this on Creative Cuts and More's blog hop a week or so ago. I was so thrilled when I opended the kit....it's filled with cupcake-licious scrappy papers and embellishments as well as die cut cards. It will make making gift card holders and cards so easy. Pic of the week....

What is this???? We have been trying to figure it out since we found it yesterday. I walk everyday on our dirtroad and came upon this. It was crawling across the road, yup moving and left a slimey trail behind it. Having no idea what it was I took my daughter and camera back to see. We have been googling ever since trying to figure it out. Any ideas?
