Happy Birthday!

Ashlyn is turning 18 tomorrow. Where did that time go?? It seems like only yesterday when she was learning how to walk, ride a bike, drive the lawn tractor and then drive a car. Happy Birthday princess!

  2. Joyce, I hope that your daughter finally noticed this beautifully handcrafted birthday card! It is very feminine and I love the ribbon, especially. Hope that you all have something fun and special planned together.

  4. Joyce, I am only one year behind you...it is a pretty sentimental time, isn't it?
I made mine a Tilda for her 18th birthday, and I still remember the first thing she asked me, "Where is her mouth?" I told her it was the only way I could keep her quiet all these years...it was a tiny bit of humor in an otherwise solemn moment. I wrote her a birthday blessing and gave her the letter also. It was good therapy for me.
    Your card is lovely!!

  6. Traci's comment made me laugh! My daughters wish Tilda had a mouth too. A very happy birthday to your special girl and to her special mama as well. Lovely card, I'm sure she appreciated all the thought and love that went into it.
