My final 12 tags photo.

I need a photographer, or maybe one of those natural light things, but thanks for stopping by.

I just realized that day 2 is missing from the final photo but I can't seem to put my hands on it. I had to reorganize my scrap room for the new air compressor. I can never find anything after I clean. But I guess it's not a bad thing if it's only one tag that is unaccounted.

12 Days of Tags~ Day 6

12 Days of Tags~ Day 12

I know it's taking me a while to finish the last 3 tags but had to wait to get some stuff and still don't have everything but going to try to get them all made so I can send my email.

Valentine's in full swing.

There is a fun card swap at Papertrey Ink that I am participating in. I'm not going to show the card but wanted to add a little treat to send along with it so I made this cute little card makers treat box. I didn't use a tutorial but did get the idea from the post on Nicole Heady's blog. Topping Box I had to make my box with a 5" base but used the same idea. I made the box because a PTI friend Ted posted a challenge on his blog. You can see the challenge and what other made HERE . The container contains ribbon, buttons, chipboard valentine shapes and valentine jewels. All the embellishments for some perfect Valentine cards.

PTI December Blog Hop

The Challenge:
This special addition of our monthly Blog Hop is all about inspiration! the holiday season will be coming
to a close and before you put away all those decorations, take a closer look and see if you can gain
paper crafting inspiration from any of them! Whether it be an ornament from your Christmas tree or an
elegant pattern found on your menorah, transfer that beauty onto paper with some of your favorite
supplies! Create a card or other type of project that reflects some of the holiday spirit found in your
home for your challenge this month! Be sure to include a photo of your inspiration piece along with your
project so we can see how you interpreted it! We look forward to seeing your masterpieces!
I took my inspiration for an antique ornament from my bowl sitting on my end table.

and made this quick card for my husband to give to me! And he asked me for a card last minute....but it was well worth it because in the card he put the money for me to order a set of 72 copics! I can't wait to get them.

If you just happen to stop by today and want to hop along you can visit the Papertrey Ink forum to find a thread for tonights hop!

Wishing you all a joyous holiday season!

Thanks for stopping by.

Tag Day 4 & 5

This is a stretch from the yummy tags on Tim's blog, but it sure was fun playing with these new embellishments last night.

I want to also give a shout out to Cathy at the Classroom store. What a huge help she was today. Thanks Cathy! http://ellenhutson.typepad.com/the_classroom_new/ they not only helped me with all my questions, they even gave me a call back with some details on using copic marker ink instead of buying additional alcohol ink. What a great tip!
